EMDR Supervision

EMDR Supervision

Clinical supervision and accreditation support for qualified and trainee EMDR practitioners

Who Supervision Is For

EMDR supervision is available to qualified and trainee practitioners who have undertaken EMDR training and are seeking ongoing supervision and support in their clinical practice. Supervision is tailored to the clinician’s experience and can support practitioners working towards different levels of EMDR accreditation.

Supervision is available for individual practitioners, groups and services, either in person in Liverpool city centre or remotely.

What Supervision Can Cover

  • Application of EMDR protocols
  • Case formulation and treatment planning
  • Complex trauma presentations
  • Clinical decision-making and adaptation of interventions
  • Professional development within EMDR practice
  • Risk management

My Approach

A key part of my NHS role is supervising qualified Clinical Psychologists, and it is an area of my work that I particularly enjoy.

My approach to supervision is structured, collaborative and reflective. The aim is to support safe, effective and confident clinical practice while maintaining a strong focus on evidence-based psychological work.

Supervision is guided by professional standards and adapted to the needs, experience and professional goals of the supervisee.
