Medico-Legal Work

Medico-Legal Psychology

Independent psychological assessments, expert witness reports and professional opinions for legal proceedings

Experience and Expertise

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience and have provided independent psychological assessments and medico-legal reports since 2018. I have particular experience in personal injury and employment-related matters, with a balanced range of claimant and defendant instructions.

My specialist expertise includes trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, the psychological impact of physical illness or injury, and work-related stress and occupational functioning. This is supported by over ten years working in physical-health psychology within a major NHS acute trust and two years in an NHS staff-support psychology service. I am an EMDR Consultant and have completed Bond Solon’s Report Writing for Expert Witnesses training.
